“The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional.
I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options.
I would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice location. Pools were nice. Iwas surprised at the lack of response to clean the room. I was there 3 full days, no room cleaning, no new towels, no floor sweeping. Even after several requests at the desk and by text at the end of the 2nd day, no service.”

“We stayed for one weekend and the experience was disappointing. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time and no one on staff seemed concerned. The microwave in our room did not work, which made simple things inconvenient.
